Pilar Wayne’s Limited Editions are printed using high quality Giclée printmaking. Giclée (pronounced, zhee-CLAY) is a French slang word (for “spraying” or “squirting” of ink) that was coined in the early 1990’s to describe fine art prints produced with a large-format inkjet printer.
Prints are produced using the finest long life pigmented ink and fine art canvas to print the texture and feel of the original art. Combining the most vibrant and archival inks in the world and years of experience in color reproduction yields museum-quality prints.
